Terms of service

huddle is in early access and free. Use it for code you have the right to work on, keep an eye on what the agent does, and approve risky actions carefully. You own your code and everything the agent writes for you.
Using huddle
You need a GitHub account to sign in. You are responsible for the sessions you start and for who you invite into them. Only connect repositories you are allowed to share with the people you invite and with the AI model provider described in our privacy policy.
The agent
The agent is an AI model. It can be wrong, run commands that fail, or write code with bugs. huddle shows each step and holds pushes, deletions, network access and writes outside the workspace for a person to approve, but approving them is your decision. Review changes before you merge or deploy them.
Your content
You keep all rights to your code, your messages and the output the agent produces in your sessions. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you and your team.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to break out of the sandbox, attack other systems, or get around approvals or limits.
- No malware, spam, or content that is illegal where you or we are.
- No reselling access, and no automated sign-ups.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
Early access
The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and may change or have downtime while we build it. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid plans, and you can export or delete your sessions before then. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, which during early access is zero.
Ending
You can stop using huddle and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice.
